JD’s professional journey began with a foundation of excellence. After graduating from Baylor University in 2008, he pursued his Juris Doctor degree at South Texas College of Law, graduating in 2012. Before founding AWA Law Firm, JD gained valuable experience as a REO Manager, where he managed foreclosures for several national banks. This role honed his ability to navigate complex real estate issues and find innovative solutions for challenging situations. He later served as the department head for the legal division of a multinational tax firm, further developing his leadership and problem-solving skills.

At AWA Law Firm, JD specializes in real estate law, bringing a wealth of knowledge in construction, investing, and asset management to his practice. He is known for his ability to address clients’ unique needs with precision and creativity, whether resolving disputes, managing transactions, or guiding clients through intricate legal processes. Beyond his professional achievements, JD is a devoted husband and father to two children.
